Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set forth the conditions and procedures for using the website (the "Site") operated by UFEED Co., Ltd. ("UFEED"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of UFEED and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Site" means the website operated by UFEED to provide product/service information and receive inquiries.
- "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the information provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
- These Terms take effect upon posting on the Site.
- UFEED may amend these Terms to the extent not in violation of applicable laws. Amendments, including the effective date and reasons, will be announced on the Site at least 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Services Provided)
UFEED provides the following services through the Site:
- Information about UFEED and its products/services
- Technical materials and case studies (Case Studies, Tech Blog)
- Receipt of inquiries and consultations
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
- Copyrights and intellectual property rights in all content posted on the Site (text, images, logos, materials, etc.) belong to UFEED.
- Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, or otherwise use the content for commercial purposes without UFEED's prior written consent.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in any of the following:
- Registering false information or misappropriating another person's information
- Interfering with the operation of the Site
- Acts contrary to applicable laws or public order and morals
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
- Information posted on the Site is for general informational purposes only, and UFEED does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
- UFEED is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or system failures.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
